Autoscribe Informatics--a firm that provides Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and other database management applications--has moved into larger premises in Lakeville Corporate Park, Lakeville, MA.
“With sales, admin, technical services and support functions all on-site, our original office in Falmouth, MA was creaking at the seams.” says Kristine Joyce, operations manager for Autoscribe Informatics U.S. “Lakeville is perfectly positioned for our staff between Cape Cod, Providence and Boston, and provides the ideal space for us to expand into. The move went very smoothly and we were up and running very quickly with no disruption to our customers.”

“This latest move reflects the continued success of our global organization. In recent years we have enjoyed a sustained period of growth, with increased sales in North America, the UK and the rest of the world,” says John Boother, president of Autoscribe Informatics. This is in part due to the popularity of our Matrix Gemini LIMS, with its ability to be configured to any workflow in any environment without the need for custom coding, and partly due to the level of service and support that we provide for our customers. We continue to invest in the infrastructure of the business, with recent key appointments strengthening our marketing and technical support teams. As in the UK, the new offices in Lakeville provide us with a better working environment and the space for further expansion in the future.”

Following this U.S. expansion will be a similar transition at Autoscribe Informatics’ UK headquarters in December 2017.
