On Tuesday February 24th, a public meeting will take place to update stakeholders on the Interagency Food Safety Analytics Collaboration’s (IFSAC) work to improve foodborne illness source attribution. The meeting will be hosted by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

IFSAC is expected to update attendees on “work to develop harmonized foodborne illness source attribution estimates”, as well as other updates the collaboration has been working on since 2011 to help inspire food safety strategies. Input and comments from stakeholders in attendance will be considered as IFSAC continues to plan future work.
